VILLA LA CITTADELLA PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enter via the main gate, down the private driveway lined with pines. Private parking.

Outdoor space: Covered patio with loungers and table football.   

Swimming pool area with pool house (full bathroom and showers, dining area with large kitchenette, sitting area overlooking the hills). Everything you need to cook delicious meals just a few steps from the water… and glorious views.

Ground Floor: Living room with piano, family dining room, small kitchenette, ensuite bedroom, small living area with 2 sofa beds, full bathroom.  

Grand staircase up to the sun terrace, perfect for dining outside and your pre-dinner aperitif.

First Floor: Door leads into the big living room with beautiful antiques and great decors. Full of light, this room opens onto the main corridor taking you into the formal dining room, main kitchen, TV room and indoor staircase connecting each floor. At the end of this floor there is a private bedroom with detached bathroom.

Second Floor : 4 bedrooms  (2 ensuite and the other 2 sharing a big bathroom). Laundry with drying space.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Your little piece of hill overlooks the valley and the other hills. The little Cevoli church frames the landscape with its picturesque Borgo all around it.
