San Donnino, Ville di Corsano, Tuscany. Sleeps 31 in 13 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms. The property can be rented in its entirety for groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.

Nespolo, Lari, Tuscany. Sleeps 38 in 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Breakfast service available in a nice common room.

Montagnola, Siena, Tuscany. Sleeps 33 in 13 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms. By taking the whole property clients can also enjoy use of a large covered veranda near the pool for nice open-air meals. Cook service can be arranged upon request (to be agreed at booking confirmation).

Archi, Cortona, Tuscany. Sleeps 36 in 11 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. A large common room with kitchen and nice fireplace is available by arrangement (to be paid extra on the spot).
