Important: If you don’t want to hire a car during your stay then some properties are more suitable for you than others – please ask us to advise you.

Remember to take a torch with you if staying in the countryside and walking into a town or village – there probably won’t be any street lighting!

Tip: Always look at villas slightly bigger than you need as well as those that fit your party size exactly – you may find prices are lower, as each villa is priced individually.

La Ruota, in the tiny hamlet of Duddova, Chianti, Tuscany.  2 bedrooms. Terrace for outdoor dining. At approx 100m from the property, there’s a private area with garden furniture and private swimming pool (above ground).  Distances: Little shop selling local foodstuffs and serving dinners open in the village during the summer months. Larger village of Ambra: 2km. 

Pagliazzone, Bucine, Tuscany.  1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Sleeps 3. Lovely garden. Private pool. Air conditioning.  Great location as a base for sightseeing.  Distance to the town of Bucine: approx 1 km.

Sleeps 4:

Arcobaleno 4, San Giustino Valdarno, Tuscany. Part of a restored farmhouse, near village, private pool. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Sleeps 4. Table tennis.  Only 1 km (easy walk) from the village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops.

Villa Infinity, Marina di Marittima, Puglia.  2 bedrooms. Sleeps 5. Private pool (infinity). Air conditioning. Wifi. Panoramic sea views.  Distance to seaside: 7 metres.  Distance to shops and restaurants: 500 metres.  

Sleeps 4 + 2:

Cuccardino, Bolgheri, Tuscany. 2 bedrooms + double sofa-bed. Private pool.  Distance to Bibbona with a variety of shops: 1km.

Sleeps 6:

Casa La Fonte, in the town of Camucia, near Cortona, Tuscany. Sleeps 6.  3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning. The house dates back to the late 1800’s and was completely refurbished in 2017. Distances:  Only 600m from the centre of Camucia, which has shops and services of all kinds, bars, restaurants etc.

Casa Vania, in the village of Donnini, near Florence, Tuscany. 3 bedrooms. Private pool. Sleeps 6. Distance to food shop: 50m

Sleeps 6:

Villa Corolle, 2km from Montepulciano, Tuscany. 3 bedrooms. Private pool, set in gardens with lovely views towards the town. Sleeps 6. There is a bus stop 100m from the house – the owners provide guests with a complimentary bus ticket for their first trip to Montepulciano.  Alternatively, you can walk the 2km.  Distance to town of Montepulciano with shops and restaurants: 2km.

Villa Il Nido, on the edge of the village of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Tuscany. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Private pool. . Distances: nearest Bar – Pizzeria – Restaurant is  only 450 m away. Centre of Castelnuovo is 900 m.

Casa Fabrizio, 10 minute walk to Greve in Chianti, Tuscany. 3 bedrooms. Private pool. Distance to town of Greve in Chianti: 500m.
