In the heart of the Val di Chio, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and only a few km from the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, we find the lovely CASA DI PINO, small and ancient stone cottage dating back to the year 1200. At the edge of the property a green wood, ideal for enchanting walks during the hot summer days. In the wide garden in front of the house there are a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 4×8 – depth m. 1,20-1,50) with Jacuzzi, the barbecue and a gazebo equipped with table and chairs ideal to eat “al fresco” admiring the high hills which crown the surrounding landscape. Castiglion Fiorentino is only 7 km away and offers shops, restaurants and all kind of services. A few metres from the house a panoramic secondary road which crosses the hills and joins Castiglion Fiorentino to the town of Cortona and to the nearby Umbria region. Good quality and comfortable furniture in tone with the style of the house, which is endowed with air conditioning and satellite television.

Two beautiful little houses which can be let together or separately. Surrounded by a very large, well-kept, fenced garden shaded by tall pine trees and adorned with flowering plants, these houses are ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in contact with nature.

Each house has its own private garden area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The beautiful pool (6 x 11m, depth .30-1.90m), shared by the two houses, is in front of “La Casina”. The furniture, especially that in “La Veranda” is of excellent workmanship and the houses are very comfortable.

Bucine is only a short distance from the houses and has shops and services of all kinds and Levane, Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno are also nearby. Florence, Siena and Arezzo are about an hour away by car. On request it is possible to arrange at the house typical Tuscan dinners.

Great property comprising a former barn and a farmhouse situated only a few hundred meters from the ancient walls surrounding the lovely medieval town of San Gimignano (300 m). In the farmhouse we have a unit sleeping 4 (2 bedrooms) and the barn sleeps 3 (2 bedrooms). Can be rented together to sleep 7 in 4 bedrooms.
